You: So how did the math exam go? Me: You’ll have to be more specific.

I think I’ve died and gone to hell.

Math hell.

Actually I had something entirely different planned for today. I had this fancy post all up and ready with just a few finishing touches left, but I can’t. I can’t, I can’t, I can’t. I have to study math. Again. Because we have to redo the exam. Again!! Because 60% of the class failed. AGAIN!!!

I know I’ve been going on and on and on and on about my stupid math exams but seriously that’s all my life has become.

I write one math exam wait two days and then find out I have to through the whole snapping thing again. Like what!?

I reeeeeally thought this weekend could be one of those crazy lazy (hihi it rhymes :P ), baking, reading, sleeping till noon kinda weekends but the text from Lizzy at 10.40 AM (yes I know the exact time my world crumbled to pieces. I can even tell you where I was and what I was eating.) announcing that our class had to redo you-know-what, that whole beautiful vision was brought crumbling down into nothing more than a quivering, pathetically hopeful illusion.

I’m crying.

I’m laughing.

This is just so ridiculous!! lol

I don’t know what to do anymore!!!!!!! There are only so many study tips and tricks to help a girl out and I have nothing left. I’ll probably just go through the whole procedure again. Do the examples. Learn the special math vocab. (Yes, there is such a thing. Yes, I have a vocab section in my math binder. No, we don’t have vocab revisions. Yes, I still want to hit my head against a wall. Repeatably.) Draw a squiggly line here. Mix letters and numbers together there. You know, the works. neutral

If there’s any new and revolutionary study techniques I don’t know about feel free to enlighten me. smile

(Yes! Yes! I totally get this!!)

This will be my 6th, I repeat 6TH math exam this school year and 3 of those are redo ones.

wpid-wp-1433022301441.jpg(But there’s such things as too much math!)

I guess I should call me math tutor teacher guy. I see that guy more often than my friends. And family. And sunshine………………..help.

Hahaha he’ll probably think I’m joking. Heck, I’m have a hard time taking this whole thing seriously!

Well I’m going to start tackling some of those math thingy things…..

And hopefully I’ll find a vanquishing spell somewhere along the way. So if you hear a loud “Boom” and smell burnt paper do not be alarmed.

That’s just me kicking some serious mathy butt.

Persevere girl, it builds endurance and patience, you’ll need those too someday. You will do well in your exams.

I will do well on this exam. I HAVE to do well on this exam. I going to do well… I have to, I have to, AAAAAAAAH I hate this!!! But thank you SO MUCH for your vote of confidence!! It means A LOT!

  3. Memorize, memorize, memorize. Seriously. That’s the only thing that got me through my high school calculus class. I had no idea what I was doing or why I was doing it, I just knew I needed to do “it” in order to get the problem correct. That probably doesn’t help, but it might if any of the questions are repeated on this sixth retake installment. :) Good luck, girly!

The only problem is THEY CHANGED THE FREAKING TESTING SYSTEM!!!!!!!!! Like ENTIRELY. It’s completely different to what it was half a year ago. Now we have to UNDERSTAND the freaking problems and the mathy things we’re doing down to the very last inch. And still it’s hard to pass because of the new test system that is ruining my life!!!!! It’s scientifically proven that this new system puts girls in a MAJOR disadvantage!!!
Geez I’m getting all worked up here sorry but thanks, I’m going to need all the luck I can get!!
